As well as the operational benefits of communicating digitally with members, the recent changes to the PDP data standards increases the importance of holding a validated email addresses and mobile numbers for members. This is due to the identity process which will pass validated emails & mobiles during a ‘find request’ which will be used to match a member to their pots. Missing information will result in high possible matches and decrease the chances of matching a member to the correct pot. Individuals move home on average 8 times over a lifetime but only change their email and/or mobile phone once. This makes email & mobile phone numbers a strong identifier and reliable data when used to match an individual to the correct financial account. ### Seamless Implementation Email & Mobile Append is offered as a managed service and is applied to a bulk data set. ## Input data requirements Email & Mobile Append can process ambiguous data and is configurable based on requirements. As a minimum Email & Mobile Append requires a member’s DOB & Postcode.
