MM Email & Mobile Append

Is a bulk email and mobile tracing service which enables schemes, administrators and insurers to append GDPR compliant information to a member record.This allows financial providers to communicate efficiently with members and helps schemes prepare records for Pensions Dashboards connection.

Financial institutions and in particular DB pension schemes will often have high volumes of missing email addresses and mobile numbers for members.

As well as the operational benefits of communicating digitally with members, the recent changes to the PDP data standards increases the importance of holding a validated email addresses and mobile numbers for members. This is due to the identity process which will pass validated emails & mobiles during a ‘find request’ which will be used to match a member to their pots.

Missing information will result in high possible matches and decrease the chances of matching a member to the correct pot. This will result in high complaints and GDPR issues if a member is matched to the wrong pot, or no pot at all.

- Proof of where the email/mobile was collected and the consent given by the individual.
- A time stamp confirming when the email/mobile was collected.
- Clear terms of consent that the given information can be used for asset re-unification and financial account related      communication.

Input data requirements

Email & Mobile Append can process ambiguous data and is configurable based on requirements. As a minimum Email & Mobile Append requires a member’s DOB & Postcode. However, more granular data improves results.
